If you have not achieved a good TER score and have missed out on direct entry to university into a Business or Computing and Information Technology degree consider enrolling in a Diploma at Eynesbury Institute of Business and Technology (EIBT).

EIBT Diplomas are equivalent to the first year of university and lead to the second year of university.
Diplomas are available in:

• Diploma of Business
• Diploma of Computing and Information Technology

Direct entry to a diploma requires a TER of 50. Adult entry applicants can also have relevant work experience credited.

Certificate IV in University Foundation Studies

Students who do not qualify for direct entry to an EIBT Diploma can take the Certificate IV in University Studies. This is a pre-university level program which leads to the EIBT Diploma. It is suitable for current Year 11 students who want to go to university but don’t want to study in Year 12, or for adult entry students who did not finish secondary studies.

The Certificate/Diploma Transfer Program is suitable for Year 12 students with a TER below 50 or those who didn’t receive a TER for whatever reason. Students enrol initially in Certificate IV in University Foundation Studies. If they achieve a 70% average in the first semester they are then able to transfer directly to the diploma.
