Group of studentsImpressive success rates

Eynesbury has an impressive record in terms of student results:

  • 95% of Eynesbury’s Year 12 and University Foundation Studies students typically receive places at University.
  • The only survey of Year 12 results ever published in Adelaide’s local newspaper, The Advertiser, stated ‘Within the Private Schools sector the two institutions with the largest number of students and the best tertiary entrance strike rates were Eynesbury College and Pembroke School – each with 96%.’
  • 50% of Eynesbury’s Year 12 graduates from 2000-2006 were in the top 11% of all Year 12 graduates throughout Australia.
  • Three times in the previous 6 years an Eynesbury Year 12 student has achieved a perfect score (20/20) in 5 or more subjects in the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) examinations. In any year, typically no more than 8 students in the state receive a perfect score.

Quality of Teachers

Eynesbury teachers are among the most highly qualified and experienced in South Australia. Other reasons for the success of our students is that we have state-of-the-art facilities, that class sizes at Eynesbury are small, the teachers are very approachable and readily available outside of class for one-to-one tutoring.

Experienced provider in international education

Eynesbury has been a registered provider in international education for more than 16 years. We know how to make a student successful and our teachers are all knowledgeable and experienced in working with young people from a wide range of countries around the world.

Local students on campus

At Eynesbury there are opportunities to practice English with the many Australian students who are also studying on campus, and many international students establish lasting friendships with Australian colleagues. International students in High School, Foundation Studies and EIBT programs share classes with Australian students.

Learning environment

Class sizes average only 20 students.

Eynesbury’s students are treated as young adults who are expected to take responsibility for their own learning, which means they will get the right kind of preparation for university studies. No uniforms are worn.

Flexibility

Eynesbury offers international students a comprehensive range of alternative pathways towards a University degree. This means that, with the help of our qualified counsellors, students are able to design the best and shortest path towards their further study goals.
